FORUM ANALYTICS, LLC was established in 2001 with this primary purpose; to create mission critical mapping solutions powered by modeling and analytics, turning data into powerful business intelligence.

Forum is not a software maker or a data developer.  Forum is a best in class solution provider to Fortune 500 firms seeking sophisticated modeling and cutting edge mapping solutions to enhance their real estate process.

Company History

Forum Analytics has been serving the franchise and retail industries since 2001.  Having analyzed over 60,000 sites generating $60 billion in annual revenues, our experienced staff of statisticians, analysts, and programmers bring a creative blend of academic and applied expertise to bear on every project.  Just a few clients include household names such as Ace Hardware, Little Caesars, J. Crew, Sears, Yum Brands, and Trek Bicycles.  Forum knows consumer-orientated application development.  The majority of our staff came from your side of the fence, having worked in-house at such firms as Blockbuster Entertainment, Sears, and Microsoft.

Our headquarters are located in the historic Northwest Tower Building in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood.  This turn of the century landmark was once home to an Al Capone speakeasy housed in its basement and accessed through underground tunnels connected to the adjacent buildings.  Our offices occupy the 10th floor.  We look forward to a visit from all our clients; we know you’ll enjoy a ride in the last manually operated elevator in Chicago.
