It was a pretty big deal and a real industry game changer. CBRE is the largest retail brokerage in the country with 450 retail brokers representing over 1,100 retailers and servicing over 100 million SQFT of retail under CBRE management. In this opening session you’ll get to meet and talk with the primary architects of the acquisition, hear the vision for the future, and ask questions such as “Did you seriously negotiate to have CBRE pay for pinball maintenance at the office?” or “Paul, what’s it like to be the boss of nobody now?” and other burning questions on your mind.
